Show your love for your favorite park & the Coca-Cola Live Positively Campaign will show you the money!
From now until September 6, 2011, you can vote for your favorite national, state or local park to ultimately win a $100,000 recreation grant and the coveted title of “America’s Favorite Park” from the Coca-Cola Live Positively Campaign. In addition, the second place park will receive a $50,000 grant and the third place park will receive a $25,000 grant. Vote here now!
How is this being made possible? The Live Positively Initiative is donating these recreation grants to be used to restore, rebuild or enhance places within the park where families and kids can play and be active.
What a great opportunity! Let your voice be heard for your city, your neighborhood, your family and friends by voting in this special America Is Your Park campaign .
Hmmm…I have a few parks in mind myself. What are your favorites?

Hi, Angie!
Thanks so much for referring me to this voting site. I voted for Skidaway Island State Park in Savannah, GA! I am hoping that more people vote – our State Parks & Historic Sites need all the help they can get.
I LOVE Skidaway Island State Park because of all the great biking/hiking trails, the fact that they are along the migration path of the painted bunting (one of the prettiest birds I have ever seen) and the nicest/friendliest park staff EVER
Also, your subscribers in GA may want to take part in another Live Positively initative: The Tons of Fun Fitness Challenge. Check it out & help Georgia lose 1 million pounds! http://www.tonsoffun.org
I vote for McGrath beach in ventura. It’s a gorgeous place for family’s to camp in the trees that line the beach of so cal. There are a lot of people that will be devastated over the loss of this beach
